Cancellation/Refund Policy for Paid Bookings only

Cancellations must be confirmed in writing by emailing: admin@pearlperinatal.com.  If you have registered for an event and subsequently cannot attend, you have the following options:

Cancellations made 21 days or more before the event:

1.  Your booking can be transferred to a future event at no extra cost

2.  You can cancel your booking outright however, an administration fee of £15.00 will apply per cancellation

Cancellations made within 21 days of the event:

Will be charged at full price, although transferring the booking to a future event may be considered depending on the circumstances.

All cancellation requests should be emailed to admin@pearlperinatal.com

Event cancellation

In the event of cancellation of the course outside of our control we will not be held accountable for attendees/registrants travel, accommodation costs, and/or loss of earnings incurred. The PEARL Institute of Perinatal Psychology will refund workshop fees only.
